SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to give each of our customers the best custom and ready to wear units. In this case we ask that you give us 7-21 days for processing and 3-10 days for shipping. If you are looking for something sooner a uncustomized wigs will be a better option. The shipping can take approximately 3-10 days business days.
A tracking number will be provided to customers after product has been shipped. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damage items after your order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Welcome to our wig policy section. We have a no REFUND or EXCHANGES policy due to the nature of the products we sell. If there are any problems on behalf of Goddess Luxe such as customer receives the wrong product. Customer has 1 week to contact us about fixing the problem and product must be returned unaltered. Once we receive item(s) back we will work on getting the correct items sent out to customer.
